1/4 c Dijon must.
1/4 c Whole seed must.
1/4 c Hot german must.
1/4 White vinegar
1/4 c Olive oil
1/2 c Unsweetened apple juice
1/2 A lemon juice
1 Whole of a shallot diced
Pepper to taste

combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk to emulsify marinatw chicken for
about 3 hours you can mix and match other herbs to your own taste .
