Title: Carolina Red

Yield: 2 Cups

1 1/2 c Cider vinegar
1/2 c Ketchup
1/2 ts Cayenne or red pepper
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Sugar

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar. Serve
at room temperature or chilled. The sauce keeps indefinitely.
