Title: Carolyn's Combination Quiche Categories: Eggs Yield: 12 Servings 3 (8-inch) unbaked pie shells 1 c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 c Chopped onion 3 c Cream 1 ds Each: nutmeg; black pepper, -seasoned salt; cayenne 2 c Cooked ham; cubed 1 c Grated Swiss cheese 6 Eggs 1 cn (large) whole button -mushrooms Divide ham into three equal portions & spread on the bottom of each pie shell. Repeat the same with the onions, drained mushrooms & cheeses. In a large bowl, beat together remaining ingredients. Pour equal amounts in the three pie shells. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until center appears firm when shaken gently. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing. NOTE: Delicious with fresh green salad and white wine.
