Carrot Cake #01
Title: Carrot Cake #01 Categories: Cake Yield: 1 Servings 3 c Flour 2 c Sugar 2 ts Soda 1 ts Cinnamon 2 ts Vanilla 1/2 ts Salt 2 c Grated carrots 1 1/2 c Oil 1 1/2 c Nuts; chopped (optional) 1 cn (8-oz) crushed pineapple; -(optional) 3 Eggs 2 tb Grated orange rind Sift dry ingredients together. Blend together eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients and carrots, then pineapple and nuts. Grease and flour two 9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
