Title: Carrot Ring Moldmrs Ogles

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Cooked carrots; mashed
1 ts Onion; minced
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
3 Eggs; well beaten
1/2 c Milk
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
1 tb Flour

Mix all ingredients together and pour into well-greased ring mold. Bake at
350 F. for 40 minutes in a pan of hot water. Turn out onto plate and fill
center with peas, lima beans or whatever and decorate around mold with hot
or pickled beets.
