Title: Carrot Salad

800 g Carrots
1 c Fresh orange juice
1/2 c Fresh lemon juice
3 tb Sugar
3 tb Raisins
2 Golden apples

Peel and grate the carrots into a bowl. Peel and grate the apples and add
to carrots. Add rest of ingredients, mix and let sit for 15 minutes. Serve
