Title: Cashew Cookies Categories: Cookies Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/2 c Margarine 2 c Brown Sugar 1 c Sugar 3 Whole Eggs 1 1/2 ts Vanilla 6 c Flour 2 1/4 ts Baking Powder 2 1/2 ts Baking Soda 3/4 ts Salt 1 1/2 ts Cinnamon 3/4 ts Nutmeg 1/2 pt Sour Cream 5 1/2 c Cashews; In Large Chunks ----------------------------------FROSTING---------------------------------- 1 Stick Butter 1 1/4 pk Powdered Sugar 2 ts Vanilla Milk Cookies: 1. Mix in order given and drop a rounded tablespoon for each cookie as these are large cookies. 2. Bake at 375 degrees for to 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. 3. Frost while still warm. Frosting: 1. Brown butter; beat in powdered sugar & vanilla and enough milk to make the right consistency for frosting cookies.
