Title: Castel Coconut Macaroon Cookies Categories: Cookies Yield: 48 Servings 2 2/3 c Coconut flakes 2/3 c Sugar 1/2 c All-purpose flour 1/4 ts Salt 6 Egg whites 1 ts Almond extract 1 c Almonds; chopped Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and extract. Stir in almonds. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325ø for 20 to 25 minutes.
