Title: Catfish Cakes Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 lb Catfish meat 1/2 c Cracker crumbs 2 tb Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c Chopped onion 2 Eggs; beaten 4 tb Mayonnaise 2 tb Mustard 2 tb Seafood seasoning Salt and pepper to taste Mix well in large bowl.
