1 lb Skinless catfish fillets
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tb Chopped parsley
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Basil
1/4 ts Pepper
1/3 c Milk
2 ts Vegetable oil

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Dip fillets in milk
and roll in crumb mixture.
