Title: Cathy's Sweet Potato Casserole

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Cooked mashed sweet potatoes
-(up to 3)
1/2 c White sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Butter or margarine
2 Eggs, beaten
1 ts Vanilla
1/3 c Evaporated milk
1/2 ts Cinnamon (up to 1)
1/4 ts Salt

----------------------------------TOP WITH----------------------------------
1 c Chopped pecans
1/2 c Self rising flour
1/3 c Butter or margarine
1 c Brown sugar

Combine above ingredients until well blended, pour into greased baking
dish. You might want to run the sweet potatoes through the blender or food
processor.

Top with: Mix above until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over
casserole and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
