Here's a recipe that I make using my mini processor. It's really good, and
surprisingly has a somewhat different taste from the usual cooked
cauliflower. This recipe serves four to six, depending on the size of the
cauliflower and the hunger of the people. I frequently cut the recipe in
half since it's usually just the two of us for dinner.

Process the cauliflower in the food processor until it reaches the
consistency that you would call "grated." Place in pan (I use a 12-inch
frying pan) with butter and water. Salt to taste. Cover pan, and cook on a
low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring once or twice. The water and butter
will have been absorbed by the cauliflower.
