Title: Cheese and Pepper Biscuit Categories: None Yield: 4 Servings 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1/4 ts Salt; if desired 1/4 ts Basil leaves; crushed 1/4 ts Oregano leaves; crushed 10 oz Can Hungry Jack refrigerated -biscuits 4 1/2 ts Olive oil 1/4 c Green Bell Pepper; chopped 1/4 c Mozzarella Cheese; shredded 2 tb Parmesan Cheese; grated Heat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl combine garlic powder, salt, basil and oregano; blend well. Set aside. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in center of ungreased cookie sheet. Arrange remaining biscuits in circle, edges slightly overlapping around center biscuit. Gently press out to 10 inch circle. Brush with olive oil; top with peppers and cheese. Sprinkle with garlic powder mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or golden brown. To serve, pull apart. 10 servings.
