Yield: 12 Servings

2 1/2 lb Cream cheese
2 1/2 lb American cheese; shredded
1/4 lb Bleu cheese
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Mayonnaise
10 dr Tabasco sauce
Onion salt and garlic salt
-to taste
Chopped walnuts

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except walnuts. Shape into balls and roll in
chopped walnuts. Chill until firm and ready to serve. Yield: 3 cheese
balls.
