2 c Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Cheese
18 oz Cream cheese
2 dr Hot Sauce (Texas Pete or
Better)
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 Clove garlic -- minced
1 Onion -- minced

Combine all ingredients. Shape into a ball (or 2). Roll in chopped nuts.
