1 md Size head lettuce
1 md Head cauliflower
1 lb Bacon; fried, drained and
-crumbled
-----DRESSING:-----
1 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Chopped onions

Prepare dressing several hours earlier (overnight is best). Chop lettuce
and cauliflower and toss. Add dressing and bacon just before serving.
