Title: Cauliflower Parmesan Pasta Categories: Pasta Yield: 1 Servings 1 Head fresh cauliflower or 1 1 lg Pkg. frozen cauliflower 2 c Parmesan cheese 1 Stick butter 1 lb Rotini; (spiral) or shell -pasta Salt and pepper Cook cauliflower, drain almost completely, leave water on the side from cooking. Cook pasta, drain. Add cauliflower, butter, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Add water from cooked cauliflower so pasta is a little soupy. Serve with more cheese and butter if needed.
