Title: Cauliflower Salad #1

Yield: 10 Servings

1 Head lettuce; chopped
1 lb Bacon; fried, drained,
-crumbled
1 Head cauliflower; separated
-into florets
1/3 c Sugar
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/3 c Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Place lettuce in bottom of 9x13 dish. Sprinkle bacon over lettuce. Layer
florets over bacon. Sprinkle with sugar, spread with mayonnaise and top
with cheese. Chill overnight. Toss and sprinkle with salt and pepper over
salad to taste. Serves 10-12.
