Title: Cauliflower Soup Categories: From my gar, Vegetables Yield: 1 Servings 1 tb Butter 2 tb Flour 1 qt Vegetable stock 1 Head cauliflower; cut into -florets Salt Pepper In large pot heat butter. Whisk in flower. Slowly pour in vegetable stock and continue whisking. Add cauliflower, and cook until tender. Puree in blender. Season with salt and pepper.
