1 c Packed brown sugar
3/4 c Unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c Molasses
1 Egg
1 1/4 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Ginger
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground cloves

In bowl, combine brown sugar, apple sauce, molasses, & egg til well
blended. In seperate blowl, combine flour, baking soda & spices. Stir in
molasses mixture. Drop by tspfulls 2" apart onto lightly greased cookie
sheet. Sprinkle with sugar & bake at 375 degrees for 8- 10 mns. Posted to
