Title: Celery Salad Dressing Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 3/4 c Oil 12 ts Sugar 6 tb Vinegar 6 tb Water 1 ds Pepper 2 ts Mustard powder 1 1/2 ts Salt 1 bn Green onions 4 Full stalks celery recipe by Merle Gutkin. Put all above in blender or processor, whizz for a while, till you get an emulsion.....et voila......fabulous on green salad, or even just over a washed and shredded Romaine lettuce.
