3/4 oz Post Natural Bran Flakes
1/4 oz Almonds
1 tb Shredded coconut
1 tb Raisins

Mix together. Serve with yogurt (1 M) or milk and 3/4 cup mixed berries (1
FR).

NOTES : Each serving provides: 2 B, 1/2 FA, 1/4 P, 1/2 FR, 15 C
