Challah Kugel
Title: Challah Kugel Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/2 Challahs -------------------------------------B------------------------------------- 1/2 c Sugar 1 ts Cinnamon 1 c Golden raisins 2 Eggs 1/2 c Amerreto liquer -------------------------------------C------------------------------------- 1 Stick margarine; (1/2 cup) 1/2 c Amerreto liquer 1/2 c Sugar ; till all is -disolved. Soak 1 1/2 challahs in water . Squeeze out till moist (not too dry). Add "B". Mix well. Grease 9" x 13" pan (spray with pam). bake at 350* for about 1 hour. Let cool and slice in squares. Melt "C".
