1 Flour tortilla
Sharp Cheddar or Jack
-cheese; grated
Minced garlic or garlic
-salt; to taste
Sliced black olives
Chile salsa; to taste
Sour cream (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place tortillas on baking sheets. Spread
cheese on top. Sprinkle with garlic or garlic salt and scatter olives over
top. Spoon on a few dollops of salsa.

2. Bake until tortillas are crisp and brown (about 10 minutes). Serve with
sour cream, if desired.
