4 oz Cream cheese
1 lb Pot cheese or farmers
Cheese
1 Beaten egg yolk
1/2 ts Vanilla

Softened cream cheese to room temperature. Beat cheeses & yolk until
smooth. Add sugar & vanilla & beat until blended & creamy. Refrigerate
until ready to use.
