Title: Cheese Fudge Categories: Candy Yield: 24 Servings 1 lb Butter or margarine 1 lb Pasteurized processed cheese 4 lb Powdered sugar 1 c Cocoa 1 tb Vanilla 2 -(up to) 4 c Nuts; chopped In saucepan melt butter & cheese. Sift together sugar & cocoa. Add to cheese mixture. Next add vanilla & nuts. Mix well & spread into greased 13x9-inch pan. Cut into squares. (Editor's Note: Unbelievable but delicious!)
