Title: Cheese Grits Categories: Casserole Yield: 6 Servings 1 c Grits 4 c Boiling water 1 Roll (6-oz) garlic cheese --or- 1 1/3 c -grated cheddar --and-- 2 ts -garlic salt 2 Eggs; slightly beaten 1/2 Stick butter Salt to taste Cook grits in boiling water for 5 minutes. Grease a 2-quart casserole and mix all ingredients with grits. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
