Title: Cheese Pastry Categories: Toohot Yield: 4 Servings 3 oz Cream cheese, room Temperature 1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter, Room temperature 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 c Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese 11 1/2 c All-purpose flour Combine the cream cheese, butter and salt in a large bowl or in a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Mix or process until smooth. Add the Parmesan cheese and flour and mix to combine. Gather the dough into a ball, flatten to a disc and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling.
