Title: Cheese Topped Meat Loaves

Yield: 1 Servings

2 lb Ground beef
2 c Soft bread crumbs
3/4 c Chopped onion
2/3 c Milnot milk
2 Eggs
1 1/2 ts Salt

Mix all of the above in one large bowl. Shape into 8 loaves. Place in
ungreased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top each loaf with
American cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
