Title: Cheese-Celery-Crabmeat Cocktail

Yield: 8 Servings

1 1/2 c Celery; diced
2 c Cooked crabmeat; chilled
2 tb Chili sauce
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
2 tb Minced onion
1 1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground black pepper
2 Sliced mild cheddar cheese;
-grated

Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce as the first
course, or if desired, serve as a salad for lunch or dinner. Serve on melba
rounds as an appetizer.
