Title: Cheese-Onion Bake Categories: Side dish, Casseroles Yield: 6 Servings 5 md Onions 1/4 c Butter (or marg.) 1/4 c Flour, all-purpose 2 c Milk 1/2 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 2 c American cheese; shredded Cut onions into thin slices; separate into reings. Place onion rings in an ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, and gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
