Title: Cheeseburger Quiche

Yield: 1 Servings

1 Unbaked pie shell
1 lb Ground beef
1/3 c Onion, chopped
1/2 c Milk
4 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Black pepper

Brown the beef and onion together. Drain and set aside. Mix all other
ingredients together, then add beef mixture. Pour into an unbaked pie
shell. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

NOTE: You can use a pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
instead of a pie crust.
