Title: Cheesecake Ala Linda-Bah-Linda

----------------------------------FILLING----------------------------------
4 8 oz Phila Brand cream
-cheese; room temp
2 16 oz sour cream; room temp
6 lg Eggs; room temp
2 c Sugar
1 tb Vanilla
1/2 tb Cinnamon (my addition)

-----------------------------------CRUST-----------------------------------
1 1/3 c Vanilla wafers; crushed
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter; melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine ingredients for crust and press
into botton of greased 10" springform pan. Mix the filling ingredients and
beat until well mixed, do not overbeat! Pour filling mixture in pan. Bake
for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
