Cheesecake Cookies
Title: Cheesecake Cookies Categories: Cakes, Pies, Cookies, To post Yield: 16 Servings 1/3 c Butter 1/3 c Brown Sugar; firmly packed 1 c Flour 1/2 c Walnuts; finely chopped ---Filling--- 1/4 c Sugar 1 pk (8 Oz) Cream Cheese 1 Egg 2 tb Milk 2 tb Lemon Juice 1/2 ts Vanilla Cream butter with brown sugar in smal bowl. Add flour and nuts. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for topping. Press remainder into bottom of 8" square pan. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. FOR THE FILLING Blend sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add egg, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla and beat well. Spread over baked crust and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
