Title: Cheesy Broccoli Bake Categories: Vegetables, Broccoli Yield: 6 Servings 1 pk (10-oz.) frozen chopped -broccoli 1 cn (10.75-oz.) can cheddar -cheese soup 1/2 c Sour cream 2 c Chopped ham 2 c Cooked rice 1/2 c Soft, torn bread crumbs 1 tb Butter or margarine Preheat oven to 350. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine soup and sour cream. Stir in broccoli, ham and rice. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter or margarine; sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30-35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.
