Title: Cheesy Burger Buns Categories: Bread machi, Dough cycle Yield: 1 Servings ------------------------------ABM-100/300/350------------------------------ 1 pk Yeast 3 1/2 c Bread flour 1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tb Sugar 1 ts Salt 1/2 c Milk; 80 deg 1/2 c Water; 80 deg 2 tb Shortening; 80 deg 1 Egg; room temp SETTING: White Bread / MANUAL Delicious with grilled hamburgers or cold meats. After the machine has completed the second rising, it will beep. Remove the dough and divide into 2 parts. Divide each half into 4 pieces. Shape each piece into a smooth ball, place on greased cookie sheet, flatten to a 4" diameter. Cover; let rise in warm place about 15 minutes. Combine 1 slightly beaten egg and one tablespoon water; brush on buns; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
