Title: Cheesy Vegetable Soup Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 cn (14oz.) mixed vegetables; -drained 1/4 c Margarine 1/2 c Flour 3/4 c Milk 1/8 ts Pepper 1 cn (10oz.) chicken broth 1 Jar (8oz.) processed cheese -spread 1 1/2 ts Mustard 1/2 c Beer (optional; but adds -great flavor) Sauté onion in margarine. Blend in flour and pepper. Stir in milk gradually. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
