1 pk (2 pound) of Hashbrown
-Potatoes
1 lb Velveeta
1 pt Half and Half cream

Melt velveeta with Half and Half over double boiler or on low heat. Pour
over frozen hashbrown potatoes and bake at 375` for about 1 hour or till
potatoes are soft. May need to cover to keep the top from browning too
much.
