Chekiang Vinegar
Title: Chekiang Vinegar Categories: Dip Yield: 4 Servings 2 Or 3 sl Fresh ginger root 1/2 c Soy sauce 1/4 -(up to) 1/2 c Vinegar 1/2 ts Salt 1. Mince ginger root; then blend well with remaining ingredients. 2. Serve in a dip dish, to accompany pork. VARIATIONS: 1. For the ginger root, substitute 2 garlic cloves, minced. 2.
