Title: Cherries Jubilee Categories: Desserts Yield: 6 Servings 1 1/4 c Cold skim milk 1/2 ts Almond extract; optional 1 Jell-o; (4 svg size) vanilla -flavor fat free sugar free -instant pudding and pie -filling 1 c Fat free Cool Whip; thawed 2 tb Toasted almonds; chopped and -divided 1 cn (20 oz) lite cherry pie -filling Pour cold milk and 1/4 teaspoon of the almond extract into a large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip and 1 tablespoon of the chopped almonds. Mix cherry pie filling and remaining 1/4 teaspoon of the almond extract. Layer by spooning mixture and pie filling alternately into 6 dessert glasses. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with remaining almonds.
