1 c Ricotta cheese
3 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Allspice
1 lb Fresh sweet cherries with
Stems
Fresh mint leaves (garnish)

Process ricotta, sugar & allspice in food processor or blender until
smooth. Scrape into small bowl. Sprinkle with mint. Serve as dip for
cherries.
