Title: Cherry Cheese Pie #1 Categories: Pie Yield: 8 Servings 1 9-inch graham cracker crumb -crust or baked pastry shell 1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; -softened 1 cn (14-oz) Eagle Brand -sweetened condensed milk -(not evaporated milk) 1/3 c ReaLemon lemon juice from -concentrate 1 ts Vanilla extract 1 cn (21-oz) cherry pie filling; -chilled In large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in ReaLemon brand and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. Strawberry Cheese Pie: Omit cherry pie filling. Top with 1 quart fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled, and 1 (16-oz) package prepared strawberry glaze, chilled.
