Title: Cherry Salsa Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/3 c Chopped onion 1 tb Minced dried chipotle chiles 1/3 c Dried cherries; coarsely -chopped 1/3 c Cherry jam 1 1/2 tb Vinegar 2 tb Chopped cilantro Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. NOTES : Make this sweet/tart sauce for use on pork and beef roasts, baked potatoes or in a sandwich or wrap with turkey, pork or beef.
