Title: Cherry Upside-Down Cake Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 4 tb Butter 1 c Sugar 2 c Cherries -----------------------------------BATTER----------------------------------- 1/2 c Butter 1 Egg 1 ts Vanilla 1/8 ts Salt 2 ts Baking powder 2/3 c Sugar 2/3 c Sweet milk 1/4 ts Almond 2 c Flour Put butter, sugar and cherries in baking dish. Batter: Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add milk flavoring and dry ingredients which have been sifted together, beat 2 minutes. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degrees oven.
