Title: Cherry, Orange and Peach Preserves

4 lb Peaches -- peeled and
Sliced
1 Orange rind -- slivered
2 lb Sugar
1/4 lb Almonds, blanched --
Slivered
1 Orange, peeled -- minced
4 oz Cherries, Maraschino -- sli

ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ ea into thin rings, reserve ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ ea liquid Mix all
ingredients including liquid from cherries. Cook slowly and stir
frequently for 45 minutes or until thick (like honey). Pour intosmall
jelly jars. Process jars for 10 minutes in simmeringwater.
