Title: Cherry-Peach Delight Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 c Water 2 tb Lemon juice 1/4 ts Cinnamon 1/8 ts Cloves 1 cn (21 ounces) cherry pie -filling 1 cn (16 ounces) peach halves, -drained and cut in halves 1 1/2 c All-purpose biscuit mix 1/2 ts Cinnamon Milk 1 Egg, beaten Combine water, lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, cloves and cherry pie filling in a 2-quart glass baking dish. Mix in peaches. Heat uncovered in microwave oven 8 minutes at high, or until boiling; stir twice. Combine biscuit mix and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Add enough milk to egg to make 1/2 cup. Pour liquid onto biscuit mix and cinnamon; stir with a fork until a soft dough is formed. Drop dough by level measuring tablespoons evenly onto the hot mixture. cook uncovered in microwave 5 minutes at Bake; rotate dish one-half turn once. Brown the topping. In microwave oven with browning element, place dish on the microwave oven tray in top position under browning element and cook 5 minutes at Brown or until tops of dumplings are lightly browned.
