Title: Chestnut Chocolate Dessert (Mf) Categories: Choco-des, Wcream-des Yield: 4 Servings 1 cn (15 1/2 oz) chestnuts 1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 c Confectioner's sugar 2 tb Dark rum; (up to 3) 1/4 c Unwhipped heavy cream 3/4 c Heavy cream; whipped Drain chestnuts and rinse under cold water; dry. Place them with cocoa powder, sugar, rum and 1/4 cup unwhipped heavy cream in processor. Puree, scrape down sides and process until chestnuts are pureed. Whip cream, fold into puree and chill until dinner time.
