Yield: 16 Servings

1 c Rolled oats
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/8 c Butter or margerine
1/2 c Nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 c Honey
1/2 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1/2 ts Vanilla
Choose one of the following
-or make up your own flavor
-(almost any dried fruit and
-any type of nut can be
-chopped up and used in
-these):

---------------------------------FLAVOR #1---------------------------------
1/2 c Dates or raisins
1/2 c Pecans

---------------------------------FLAVOR #2---------------------------------
1/2 c Apples
1/2 c Walnuts
1/2 ts Cinnamon

---------------------------------FLAVOR #3---------------------------------
1/2 c Dried apricots
1/2 c Almonds

---------------------------------FLAVOR #4---------------------------------
1/2 c Chocolate chips
1/2 c Nuts

I don't know how close these are to Kudos, but I like them.

Chop up whatever you decide to flavor your bars with. Mix this with the
oats, flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. In another
bowl, mix together the butter, yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir this
into the dry ingredients. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x12 inch pan and
bake at 325 F until the top just turns brown (about 30-40 minutes). Cut
when mostly cooled.

Note: These should come out fairly thin.
