Title: Chick-Peas and Olives Vinaigrette Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 tb Olive oil 1 ts White-wine vinegar 1 ts Dijon mustard 1 cn (16- to 19-oz) chick-peas; -rinsed and drained 1 Jar; (3-oz) pimiento-stuffed -olives (about 1/2 cup), -drained and sliced 1 tb Minced fresh parsley leaves Freshly ground black pepper Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.
