Title: Chicken Cacciatore

1 Bell pepper; chopped
-coarsely
1 md Onion; chopped
1 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cn (16 oz) No Added Salt
-tomatoes; cut up, with
-juice
1 cn (8 oz) No Added Salt tomato
-sauce
2 ts Dried oregano
1 ts Dried basil
1 ts Parsley flakes
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Salt
4 Chicken breast halves; cut
-into chunks

Directions: Place all ingredients except chicken into non-stick skillet.
Cook on medium until vegetables are almost tender. Add chicken, cook until
chicken and vegetables are tender. Serve over pasta or rice. Chicken
breasts may be left whole if desired.
